As much as I love Ace high flush draws, you did the right thing. No sense risking so much of your stack early in the tourney with that flop.

The first thing I would do is check preflop.

I have no problem with the bet fold, both are perfectly reasonable.

well the reason i raised was because since it was battle of the blinds, i most likely had the best hand. so if he folds right there, im happy, but it also builds a pot for if i hit good. it also gives some info, now i know he has a decent hand and it makes it a bit easier to fold.
