I don't feel like breaking out the calculator, but I'll give you the basic jest of the first hand odds:
There are 12 possibilities to get a pocket pair, now divide that by the number of unknown cards in the deck times that minus one - so odds of aces is 12/(52*51). We're doing this with 3 pocket pairs, so the odds are:
12*3/(52P6)
On the second hand, nothing I can say, well played. Always nice when you get the nuts when someone has the nut flush.
