7 outs on the flop 45-7 = 15.6% to loose (84.4% to win)
10 outs on the turn 44-10= 22.7% to loose (77.3% to win)

What are the odds of him hitting runner, runner pair.....and does the above stats mean that I was in fact the underdog.....or were the win stats mine......if not....did I make a bad call.....and does the Qh count for anything bud....?

The running pair is somewhat irrelevent as all that mattered was that something on the board needed to pair to make you lose. It didn't have to be runners. Any K, J, or 7 you would have lost without the board running a pair.

Adaon is saying that on the turn 15.6% of the time you would lose that situation and on the river 22.7% of the time you would lose that situation.

Cowboy is right, but I should be more accurate and say that 15.6% is the chance for the board to pair on the turn, not to win the overall hand.
