Default any thoughts on these HH's would be cool

Ok so I know I haven't posted anything lately, but 10hrs. 7 days a week working had slowed my "funtime" down alot. Besides the few 20 minute sessions here and there, and the occasional drop-by and quick browse of THF posts, there's not been a lot of poker going on. So anyways things are back to somewhat normal for now, and last night I decided to get the "feel" back on some omaha h/l pl micro ring. Two HH's are below and any thoughts would be smooooooooth...

theorc mucks: 5 of Hearts, Queen of Hearts, Ace of Clubs, 10 of Diamonds
easymoneys wins $12.50 from the main pot

Now I know the passive play killed me, but once the 10 hit on the turn that I had the goods, and was thinking that I could punish them on the river card. Once the Ace hit on the river I almost knew the preflop raiser had the boat. I figured I had to raise something just in case he had KK or QQ. What I don't get is why did he not reraise me on the river? I just cant see myself getting scared of quads when I have Aces full of whatever.
Now the next hand started a damn table fight between me and some other chump, which was quite fun because there's just something about being called a fat noob fish by somebody in Krasnoyarsk that makes me laugh. I just can't see how my allin move was so bad.

Dealing card to MrPicklez: 2 of Diamonds, Ace of Spades, 3 of Spades, Ace of Diamonds
Lestat1 called - $0.10
MrPicklez raised - $0.30
Hoikka folded

theorc called - $3.00
Lestat1 folded
MrPicklez went all-in - $8.80
cm603 called - $9.30
theorc went all-in - $10.28
cm603 called - $13.28

** Dealing the turn: 4 of Spades

** Dealing the river: Jack of Spades
theorc shows: 2 of Clubs, 5 of Clubs, Ace of Clubs, 6 of Diamonds
cm603 shows: Queen of Diamonds, 6 of Clubs, 2 of Spades, 4 of Clubs

cm603 wins $1.99 from side pot 1
theorc wins $7.28 from the main pot
theorc wins $13.25 from side pot 1
MrPicklez wins $21.82 from the main pot < ------ FAT NOOB FISH !!!

In the first hand you got what you wanted, abig pot ,just sucked out in the end.You were greedy he was lucky
In the second one I like it ,he raises 3.00 you have nut low and and a flush draw so you reraise back all in to make some cash.
Not a fat noob fish... a gambler!!!

Now I have a question,
If you were playing his hand in the first one how would you have played it?

I would of played it the same way as him because I made it cheap enough to chase his 2 outer. However, if I would of chased and hit the river Ace, you can make sure I am not just calling, somebody is either gonna burn me with quads or I am raking it my way. I would of raised more on the turn, but I had one 10 in my hand so therefore I knew there were nobody sitting on quads, and I figured as least one of them had the 10s full or at least a set of 10s. Therefore I was gonna hit them hard on the river, but the Ace came and I put the brakes on. Oh well a lot of crazy things happen in omaha h/l and I am still trying to figure out the best way to play these hands. It seems that passive play and aggresive play both work, I think I just need to quit being so greedy and tricky and just go at them.

Thats what made me bet the turn so tiny for, I had turned the nuts with no tie possibility and no low either. I was aware of the many hands that could of been made like the str and a flush draw and a 10 in somebody's hand. So I was hoping to let any draws get there, which I did, and it was the wrong one ........oh well I will win more of these scenarios than lose though in the long run......I think...... maybe.

in the second hand you had by far the best of it when you were all in - people will always critisise the play of those that beat them. I do not like huge amounts of preflop action when anything can happen on the flop, turn or river but it is sometimes better to do this than just call and have a tough decision when they inevitably bet on the flop and you already have put a decent amount of chips in the pot.

As for the first hand. Firstly its been a while since i have played much ring action so my instincts are a little rusty. I am not sure i like the call on the turn - i would like a raise here. That said you may well have done the right think - loads of people will fold a reraise where they would call a bet even though they are already well behind. so you might be maximising value for the hand.

I do not think the raise on the river was wise BUT it might well have saved you chips. I do not see why he does not reraise you. It is possible that he is worried that you have quad 10s but I think it more likely he is just inept. Still it might well be that if you hadnt bet on the river he would have bet quite a bit and you would have had to make a tough decision.

In short you seem to be doing fine - I am not conviced about the raise on the river (when someone raises preflop aces are something to think about even in micro limit) but you seem to be doing ok. And I do not envy you working 10 hour days 7 days a week. Not sure any job would be worth me giving up so much of my free time but we are all different.

I never even realized he never reraised you on that hand, after chasing it out thats hard to imagine not reraising.
