You would think when you re-raised that much early in a tourney, all would fold and you collect a small pot. Instead you don't get one, but two callers with inferior hands. Then a flop comes out that could cause some problems with possible str8 and flush and the guy with the worst hand decides to go all-in. Might be trying to represent trips I guess. I can understand your call, but Tomco must know hes beat but calls anyway and sucks out on the river. I agree with you that many players in the low limit buy-ins treat them almost like a freeroll and make it difficult for the better player who's not relying on luck, to succeed. Very frustrating.

its just sad how many people have so little value for their money that they dont play with any common sense

You all are right on. And it's frustrating when some of us are stuck at the lower levels trying to build our bankroll and we're playing against lunatics. It's why I've tightened up so much in the bankroll challenge. In didn't matter in cowboy's example...he's got the cadillac hand and some yugo hands decided to tangle.
