If he called here I would have been severly boned for the rest of the tournament (still playing it by the way) but from his previous plays he had just check/called on a flush draw and checked on the river with nothing so I was sure I could push him off.

Thats a scary one RiveR. You just don't know if he was calling with bottom pair and just tripped up. I hate when that river card comes and it pairs the board. Way to stick with it and good read.

I KNEW this guy was on a flush draw and would bet all in on the river if he hit something. May seem reckless but I knew I could bluff him. If the club hit though I was boned

Couple of bluffs here for you. 1st one I had stolen the blinds from Villain on numerous occasions and I knew it was about time he stood up to me. I sometimes raise with junk so if I am reraised I can let go right away.

2nd one I had played pretty tight and shown down some decent hands. Rabbit was loose as fook (55% flops). Carlton was capable of laying down and tol me after he had a flush!
