Simply based on his play - he was betting a lot of the time, whether he had nothing or something - he was constantly betting. The call led me to believe he had something in between, the call on the turn made me certain of it, he had to have had the Ad (of course he just mucked tho, didnt tell me what he held). The river bet was made because I felt an all in bet would scream bluff, $20 was enough that he wouldn't call with just top pair, and looks quite a bit like a value bet, if you ask me anyway.
