If you are going to play KJ UTG dont just call. 2nd is bad, but that stuff happens alot. I dont understand his bet but i never understand why ppl try to steal just 150 chips worth when they can run into shit like that.

Sticks, I don't understand why you would say don't just call. KJ is far from a premium hand, and he was in early position. If we wants to play the KJ there, why not limp in and see what happens? Someone raises, he gets out down only 20. Now, if he was in late position and everyone had folded to him, then I would agree that a raise would be in order.

Interesting. I can't say that I see limping as weakness. At times it is, at other times it's a warning. I've got a number of notes on people I've played who try to appear weak whenever they have AA, or the nuts.
