That would depend on how many chips I had left, but in general I would say fold.

Without knowing chip stacks, player tendancies, table images, etc.......

1. With 2 callers, I doubt I would have tried to steal with A3o in 1st position.

2. If I had tried to steal and gotten 2 callers with squat on the flop and only one overcard with poor kicker, I doubt I'd have done the continuation bet.

3. If I had made the steal attempt and the continuation bet and gotten the caller and that turn card, I'd probably have given it up there and checked/folded.

4. If I had done the above 3 and now have the identical decision on the river, I'd fold. I think you are beat and should save your chips.

What happened?

I agree, if you plan on raising preflop, bluffing the flop and turn, i say if you are even going to consider calling in this situation, you might as well push for your opponent, you need to have a much better hand to call than to bet/raise.

I agree with these guys. Making the play with A3os is extremely loose in first position. You would have been lucky if somebody reraised you preflop to help you save chips

One thing Ive noticed, and I could be wrong. If your going to keep betting at a bluff, stay consistant with the amount. 450 was perfect if you kept at it. Ive bluffed many of times and I don't no if its just because they didnt have enough to call but whenever I bet a set amount and then raise it by a small amount, people seem to catch onto my bluffs.

Might just be me

A little aggresive with the A3 off. Not a bad idea to try and steal with it from the SB with just 2 callers. But after that I would have backed off. This is what you call bluffing away your chips. I dont think this one should have made it to the river.

Would you call this river bet? =NO

Why or why not? = The best thing i can hope for is my opponent had A-K or A-Q and it will be a split pot. So my best case scenario is just to split. Its more likely he had a made pair and I'm beat. You just cant chance it here even if you feel he made the bet on the river as a bluff.
