i did smash my mouse

Default i did smash my mouse

this happened in a 35+3 sag we were down to 3 players 2 get paid i get 10/10raise to 500 1 caller flop 89j i bet 2800 and am all in he calls and shows 77 so i am counting my money as only 77 or 56 falling or 10 can beat me turn 5 river 6 how does he call that flop he had 300 chips less than me

Well, I understand your pain. However, if you look from his point of view, he's got a pair and a gutshot straight draw. Not knowing what you had and being the short stack, he had to like his chances. I would imagine that when the cards were turned up and he saw your 10's he puckered up quite a bit. Unless, of course, they don't turn over til all the cards are on the board. Luck just wasn't on your side.

I will say that after watching the final table of the 2004 WSOP on tv the last couple of days, that the suckouts are not online exclusives. Raymer had several suckouts when he went in as the underdog. Sometimes you're the bug, sometimes you're the windshield.

i wouldnt have called if i was him

however, i think you played it badly too. There was no need for you to go allin there - you risked everything on second pair and a draw. I think you should have put in a half pot raise. Remember, if you were against a player with a jack then you were the one on the draw.
