Well, I understand your pain. However, if you look from his point of view, he's got a pair and a gutshot straight draw. Not knowing what you had and being the short stack, he had to like his chances. I would imagine that when the cards were turned up and he saw your 10's he puckered up quite a bit. Unless, of course, they don't turn over til all the cards are on the board. Luck just wasn't on your side.
I will say that after watching the final table of the 2004 WSOP on tv the last couple of days, that the suckouts are not online exclusives. Raymer had several suckouts when he went in as the underdog. Sometimes you're the bug, sometimes you're the windshield. |
