Angry FullTilt is Upside Down

<Rant>
FullTilt's site is down. Of course, I had just won a hand...

They have updated their status, down due to network outage. Of course, they'll credit back my buy-in, but that's BS... although the short stacks will probably be happy.

<End Rant>

Full tilt was a favorite of mine. I thought I could win a lot there compared to other sites. But, if it's not running correctly, well, no one can win. It's every other day, and sometimes every day that this site crashes. It's just rediculous, I think a 97 year old man could keep it up longer than full tilt. Even without viagra! If it wasn't for our weekly league game there I would never buy in again. I really hope we switch sites for the next season.

I've never had any probems there apart from me losing! How many times a day or week does the server at your workplace crash or play up? Compare that to 10k people interacting with it and no wonder they have problems.

That's no excuse from my perspective. Party poker, poker stars, and other such sites with high volumes of traffic have no such problems. I played a week straight at full tilt, just 2 weeks ago, and 4 out of the 6 or 7 days I played they crashed. To me, that's inexcusable. Especially since it's been happening for a long time now. Have a look at their forums, my opinion is shared among many there as well. And to prove my point further, it just crashed again, lmao.

For a multi-million $ organisation it's no excuse but I've never had any problem with any site, with the exception of the Bodog client and Absolute, maybe it's just a few bugs in the system?????

If you go there right now Mattastic, all the sng's are gone/voided. So it didn't crash completely this time, just shut down a major portion of the site. And if it is a few bugs, it sure wouldn't effect it over a period of months. That, or they're so worried about getting the site up and running again that they don't take the correct amount of time to fix these bugs permantley. I've never made such complaints about a site before, but when you have your money tied up in one site that you want to play at, it's frustrating! Especially when they usually shut down for up 12 hours at time. Like now, I'm off of work, want to play, and instead I have time to complain on the forums, lol. So if it is indeed a few bugs, and you have any network knowlegde, Mattastic, please email them the solution so I can play again, damn it!! I need my fix!!

Lol! My network knowledge spreads as far as: "Double click internet explorer" you are now on a network!

I saw a lot of tourneies etc were voided the other day and wondered what that meant. At the end of the day who is to say you weren't going to win that or place highly?

They'll be more pissed than you, imagine the money they've lost, are losing, are going to lose!

THF Player of the Year
This is RIDICULOUS!!! Full Tilt just froze again and this time they picked a very bad moment. I was playing a $24 SnG and there were 7 player left. First 5 get a $75 token and 6th place gets $57 cash. What's going to happen now? I don't just want my Buy-In back, they should divide the prize money according to chipstacks or give everyone a $75 token. If they decide something I don't like I'm cashing out. Look for yourself, I was doing good:

I looked today and they refunded my Buy-In. Ofcourse I do not agree with this decision and I have sent them an email. If they don't compensate my loss I'm cashing out. I never cashed out because of something like this, maybe this will be the first time.
