I'm telling ya Kaart, I agree. I've never played at any online poker site that had such issues constantely. It's almost every day, seriously! If it was not for our league being there, I would have no money in my account and delete full tilt from my desktop. I was in a similar postion at a time when they crashed and sent them an email, this was there response to me:

Thank you for your email. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our game servers are temporarily down pending emergency maintenance. We
should be back up by 4 AM ET. For up to the minute information, please
see our website system status page here:

http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/systemStatus.php

If you were seated at a table, the following will occur:

- If you were "in the money" in a tournament (or S&G), then the
tournament will be paid out according to your chip position at the time
of the disconnect. If you were the chip leader in the tournament at the
time of the disconnect, you will win first place and be credited with
the money.

- If you were not "in the money", everyone in the tournament (including
those who busted early) will be refunded the full buyin for the event.

- If you were involved in a cash game hand, the hand will be rolled
back, returning all money to those involved (including anyone who may
have folded).

We certainly do apologize for the inconvenience, and are working on ways
to improve our network service to be more redundant, secure and stable.
We appreciate your patience and patronage at Full Tilt Poker.

Regards,

Mike

Now it states that if you were in the money you would be paid by chip positon, which is a crock, because all I ever received was my buy in back. We were in the money and I was 3rd in chips, I sent countless emails explaining this and quoting their policy, but nothing has been done to this day. I think this may be the worst poker site on the net today.

Aaaarrghh, we were down to 7 and 6 places paid so I don't get anything. It is a stupid stupid rule to give players their Buy In back when they already busted out of the tournament.

I have spent my valuable time playing that SnG and I deserve that $75 token. If I don't get it it's goodbye Crash Tilt.

I'm will continue to play on Full Tilt. I understand crashes can happen but then the site will have to compensate somehow and that they did. Not what I wanted but I am happy with the deal.
Now let's turn that negative into something positive.

I understand your frustrations as I am an online poker player myself. I
have looked up the tournament in question. While I cannot credit your
account with a $75 SET, as the tournament result was still unknown, I
have taken the liberty of crediting your account with another $26 SET. I
hope you will find this credit satisfactory, as it is the best I can do
for you. I do thank you for taking the time to save the tournament
information, as it saved me the time of having to research into our
case. This action greatly decreased the time that it took me to get back
to you on this issue.

Thank you for your cooperation, and best of luck in future tournaments!

Regards,

Tom

I really haven't had much of a problem with Tilt, I mean, theres been a couple times its went down, but never while i was playing.

(It crashed once during the 200 K, the chip leader must've been very happy)

But overall i love Full tilt, as a matter of fact right now i dislike playing any site but Full tilt, and it's been good to me last week so no complaints here...
