I've also never had a problem at ftp I've been playing there a while but like most of the places I play at I've never made one deposit I have always used a funds I've one thru freerolls and from there either sng's or ring games.
Several sites (most notably BODOG) have been having recent issues with check processors they hire having difficulties because of the Justice Department's crackdown on online gambling. I'd write their support department and explore other options (rather than a paper check) to see if you have options. UNDERSTAND, you are not alone, everyone is unhappy and it's going to take some time to resolve this. Be patient and civil and try again, they will at minimum be willing to talk to you if you do so.
I havent experienced any problems cashing from FTP. Although its been awhile since I did... One by Bank transfer about 7 months ago, and another to a credit card about 3 months ago... But they do take a while to do it... I remember thinkin "Jeez, you happily accept my money, but want to 'approve' my withdrawls before you payout!"... But they did, after about a week from the request I put in.
What does the cashier say the problem is?
