WITHDREW MONEY A MONTH AGO STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT

So i find myself writing this thread because full tilt will not answer any of my emails. And i have been emailing them every day for a week now. I withdrew 400 dollars on April 15 and 300 on April 22 for 700 total. Its May 7 today and still have not recieved my money. Is this common practice for them? Well let me just say i lost 10,000 this year playing and i am not happy about the way i am being ignored by full tilt. I have a real problem here i have the transaction numbers i have emailed them my transaction numbers and i can not get a response from them. Is full tilt legitamate? I mean i see people playing for tens of thousands on full tilt. How can they just not pay? The part that really gets me is that with the 20 something emails i have sent them over the last 15 days or so they responded to one last friday. It said that they would give me some kind of answer by monday as to what is going on why the delay. Monday came and went no answer no money just an angry person who lost 10 grand this year and i cant get the 700 i did win a couple of lucky nights. And let me tell you there werent many lucky nights. Maybe i am not a good player but i deserve my money. Anybody ever have this problem or could give me some kind of advice on what to do? I would really appreciate any kind of help here> THANKS JIMMY

I thought Full Tilt were ok. I'd telephone.

Me to but i have a big problem and they wont respond to any of my emails. As far as calling them i dont have a phone number to call them and they dont have one on their site They tell you if theres a problem to email them and well i am not getting any response. I emailed them at least 20 times over the last week. I cant believe this.

They better pay up and when they do I would be done with that site. What a joke they do not even respond to you just ridiculous. Try pokerstars man they usually respond to emails within the hour next hour of you sending them one. Plus stars has much better software and better games. I played on there for a week or so and they badbeat me out of my entire bankroll never deposited another cent. FTP JOKE SITE! Play where the pros play? LOL

you withdraw by e-check or paper check? they're having some problems with delay of e-checks i believe. they aren't scamming you.

I've heard of people waiting up to 5 weeks for paper checks from FT, it's only been 3 for you. I'm pretty sure they aren't ripping you off, you will get your money.

Took me 8 or 9 weeks to get a $1200+ check from Absolute a while back but don't fret... once the check was received I logged into my AP account to find the cashed out funds still sitting in my account

I know play with the pros. LOL WHAT A JOKE I lost 10,000 this year so i am basically done any way but now with this 700 dollars they dont seem to want to pay me im definately done with them. I do need to get my money and i dont know what to do about it. Nobody seems to be able to help or tell me what to do. It just very strange that i lost so much and when i finally won a 90 person sit n go took out some money and they wont pay me. Something is wrong i wonder if Phil Ivey gets paid or Mike Matisow gets his money. It sucks being a small fish in the big pond they call full tilt. E check my friend withdrew using paper check and had his check the next week. The strange thing is that the 700 is in 2 transactions April 15 for 400 and April 22 for 300 so i could see a delay on the second one but not the April 15th one. Thats just too long. Also no responses to my emails thats not kool at all. Thanks though for your input. They take money from my bank so fast next day fast They can give it back within a week. They just dont want to

Thanks for your input. Im pretty pissed off given i lost so much and they cant even give me a few dollars back in a timely manner. I am done with full tilt for sure. They dont care though They are busy as heck and could care less about 1 5 10 stud player. Thanks JIMMY
