Well I played it. I was running late tonight so I sat down with about 670 chips. Some good cards and smart plays and I quickly had my stack over 2k. I was hovering around that range, when early (2nd or 3rd hand) in the second hour, I have an Ace on a board of JKK, after raising before the flop, i put out a probe bet that was raised. So I fold and I'm right back on the short stack with 730 in chips.
One player raises to 650 late, it's folded to me, and I push all in with 73 suited. Folded behind me and I'm heads up against AQ off suit. That's about 62-38% so I got the correct price on my hand by the way (thanks to the blinds). I catch my three and double up.
Still a little short on chips, now with just over 1500, I'm looking for another spot to move in with (I hate these prima blinds) One limper to me with 77, so I push all in, one call, QJ off suit. So again I made the correct play. The flop comes, 7 J Q, turn is a Q, river is a rag and I'm out 275th of 1651. |
