bet365 is a member of the Prima Poker family of poker rooms. The site is quite legit, and the layout is just fine. Last month they had a similar promotion with $10k payouts. This is a great opportunity, so don't miss it! Thanks to M Romera for the heads-up. Hint: sign up early to guarantee yourself a seat! You should be able to play because last month the event was limited to bet365 players only and not the whole Prima family. If I'm not mistaken they would have b/t 2-4K players in these events. I believe you could probably fold every hand and make it to top 1k players if that is your desire.

First post...whoo!

Although I've never visited the site, their ads are all over my football preview magazines and on Euro soccer billboards I believe, so I think they're legit.

yes, it is a decent website. in england we have this show called poker night live, and bet365 regularly features on it. basically they cover big internet cash games and tourneys. only problem is that you have to deposit before you play, i tried to register a few minutes ago and was asked for my card details.

Prima sites are sites you dont usually want to play at. There are many sites and prima sites are just there to make money, and alot of it. Sites like that have many hidden requirements in order to play or take your money out of the site. Most likely there is a huge amount of people playing and your shot of making the money is slim to none, even playing at the best of your ability and as smart as possible.

Agreed. I was very excited to see this freeroll till I found out I had to give them the keys to my frontdoor to register. Oh well, it was a longshot anyways.

yeah, top 1000 get paid, usually about 10K people in it...thats about the only catch. have to play solid poker and hopefully have a little luck on your side like any other tournament.
