Default another bad beat

It seems like i never get good breaks in these freerolls. I have J 9 suited and im in the big blind so i check. Flop comes J 4 10 and then when its my turn i bet 180 chips see if anyone has anything. Everyone folds except one guy who calls and im like either he has higher pair then J J, he has a Jack with a higher kicker, or he is stupid. Another ten comes on the turn and he checks and im thinking either hes playing it off like he doesnt have anything or he really doesnt. As soon as the second 10 came i go all in thinking im right and he has nothing since from previous hands this guy played tight and bet big only when he had something. We flip over our cards and he has Q 3 unsuited, and there is no flush draw ....it was almost like he knew a Q was comin on the river...which ofcourse it did. I'm seriously confused, either im horrible at poker which i dont think i am even though ive only been to the final table once and im still pretty knew to the game, or i just have bad luck.

( This was the private one today that started at 12 western, and i unregistered for the one at 10 because i know you all hate sit-outs.)

Hope you all did well.
