Default Full tilt private freerolls

Hey Fonzy,
Are there anymore freerolls on fulltilt after tommorow, June 25th? If you are still thinking about it I have to tell you that these freerolls are really fun even though most people aren't there to play them. I really appreciate you hosting these tournaments and don't stop hosting them and possibly make the pay out a little more if you can. Thats all from me.
Peace
xxx tib baller

If you dont mind, I got the answer... There will be no more freerolls at Full Tilt. Full Tilt is not hosting anymore freerolls on their site.

There will be however other freerolls on different poker sites, so don't be dissapointed just yet.

yeah im a big fan of full tilt so was disappointed with this decision myself. Hopefully it will change in the future

As bluffin says though - we will be having freerolls at a lot of sites so dont worry too much

What reason did that give for not having any more freerolls? I am curious as to why they changed there mind about them.

Never really been happy with the public freerolls on Fultilt seeing as the pay out so few people. I think that hurts a site in the long run. New players need to win a little someting to keep them motivated.

Why isn't fulltilt hosting anymore freerolls? Fonzy i thought it was up to you if you wanted to have a freeroll or not. Are there still going to be regular freerolls at 1:30 and 13:30?

Again, PMK, XXX, and Asindahole, Full Tilt is not going to be hosting private freerolls anymore. They are going in a different direction with their site. Similar to what Poker Stars has done recently, cutting off private freerolls that dont have a money prize pool of a certain amount.

I believe Full Tilt, though I am not sure, is taking this route to improve the quality of players on their site. Dont take this personal though, many of us arent bad, but the majority of freeroll chasers are in fact just leaches that dont know how to play that want to win a few cents. They will NEVER deposit any money from the site, and even if the player makes enough to sit at a table, the table limit wont be large that Full Tilt will profit from the rakes.

I am going out on a limb on this one. I may be completely off...
