1st freeroll @ JetSet

Well I just played my first freeroll at JetSet. And I see now that there are morons everywhere. I'm in the big blind for 100. I get delt A-A. ( you know where this is going ) One guy calls and another makes it 200. I make it 800. First guy calls. The first raiser goes all-in for 1800. So, I go all-in for 3600. The first guy ( his screen name is "kyle sucks" ) calls. Flop is 5h 10s 6d. Turn Qh. River 2s. This moron has Qc-6s. Two pair. WTH.
O-Well 384th out of 1250.

Sorry, I had to vent somewhere.

Dude. Jetset has the best freeroll players. At least you can bluff. And towards the end of the game it turns tight. Shit happens

You think the money freerolls are bad. Try playing the freerolls that pay in GPs. They are down right awful.

Collect some Go Points and buy in to a 40 GP or 80 GP satellite to the weekend $500 tourney.

I have only played one and lost. But, the level of play at that one was a heck of a lot better.

Hope it is the next time I play one. It was a breath of fresh air even though I didn't make it into the satellite.

I just finished 37 in that tournement was low stacked with kk went all in got beat by two pairs aces and eights. Play does get alot better in these tourneys when most of the feild is gone. I'm happy with my play in this one. Got to get ready for next weeks freerolls should be alot of fun.

I completely agree. In an earlier post, 17 tries to make my first appearence at the ATW... the comp is awesome. But you get your share of bad beats too. I'll be there this week though!

first freeroll at jetset yesterday..identical stroy to NoBigKicker, 60 players left and im almost at the prize money.. i have 9k and get dealt aces, i put in a small raise and im put all in by this idiot who was trying to bust me for about 20 minutes, raising my blinds and reraising every pot i play in...he goes all in and im thinkin jackpot! i call and he flips hid k,6. flop comes k4k!! screwed out of the money by about 6 places on a truly bad beat

Damn black! 17 tries! It took me 4 tries to make it into the points, 6 to get 2nd place. I'm still considering joining the awt.

hello everyone!! just played my 2nd ever freeroll at jetset and finished 1st!!!! won something like 425go! points and was over 300k in the lead by the time the game reached heads up.. doesnt mean my opponent didnt put up a fight though, as i fell behind substantially after he doubled up with a full house. came back in the end though and when i fought back only 1.3k behind my opponent he puts in a big raise. i have A10 suited, so i reraise. he goes all in and i call, he has A8 suited. flop comes xx8 and im like oh no, then turn is a 10, river is another 10 and my opponent is reduced to 1.3k and is all in next hand, which i won.. so a great start to jetsetpoker.com and im really fired up for the freeroll frenzy on the 27th.. good luck all
