Thanks ukauka, but I doubt I will see you in many of the games....I don't have a lot of time for FreeRolls anymore, but wanted to make sure those who enjoy them could have a single place to go for the information. I got tired of spending all my time looking around for FreeRolls, so I made myself a list and shared it with THF (www.texasholdemforums.com), so all could benefit. If you haven't done so already, check out THF, as I guarantee you will not be disappointed you did. We all stand to learn a lot about poker from the discussions taking place.

By the way, thank Fonz for the site as he does all of the hard work on it!

Jake
Many thanks for the explanation. I thought you DID have to set up a real$ account to participate in most of the freerolls. Which got me thinking, how many $$ accounts do all the freeroll players have as it must cost a lot of $$ to play in them consistently. Barring the ones that count raked hands, for many of the sites, you just have to be a member, not necessarily deposit $$ with them.

Hi: I play the Poker Stars freerolls quite a bit,and have actually qualified to the Weekly 2, the last 2 weeks in a row. They usually offer 2 or 3 Hold 'em freerolls a day. Be careful of the early afternoon freerolls as some of them are A LIMIT game. Good luck to all...

Default Two sites that fit the description

Joining a site is one thing, but are there any online freerolls (that you are aware of) that allow you to play, without having made an actual deposit?
Thanks,
Ben
Noble Poker and JetSet answer the description. You need an account in case you win, but there is no need to deposit. Haven't cracked finishing in the money at JetSet yet and you have to be on the Registration button in milliseconds, but Noble Poker having started playing there a month ago, has financed me via the freerolls, for playing the small stakes cash games to the effect that I'm now $60 up in that time; and as yet registering can be done over several minutes.

I did try WPoker, same deal, but they have a problem that the chat doesn't work for all users and you feel so rude not responding when other people are being nice to you.

I find the smallness of the rooms helps too. It allows them to sensibly have small limits to the field, 400/500, so it should be easier to get to the money. Though as I say, I ain't cracked that at JetSet yet.

Hope this all helps

Cheers

Thanks for your addition to this about the cashout policies Jake. I have money at around 20 sites although uit is nothing substantial yet. I haven't looked into this yet but now you have given me a good place to start. We must all stick together to come out ahead of the poker sites. It is a jungle out there.
