getting the money out from freerolls wins...

so im new pretty new to the poker world. ive been playing only for a month
now im wondering.. i made an account in Poker Stars. im not depositing any money, only playing freerolls tournaments. if after some time i will decide to cash out all my freeroll money, can i do so? will they take charge? will they ask for a bank account to transfer my money into? is it safe?

As far as I know with PokerStars, they will cash out any real money by cheque if you clarify your address to them.

Poker Stars can send checks, and they can also deposit into your bank account as long as your not in the states. There are also money brokers online that you can use, or I think you can also use an online bank. I have withdrew money from stars and they sent a check, it took about 2 weeks to get the money. You have to verify your mailing address in order to receive the money.

oh i almost forgot the most important question... if i only won play money.. can it be converted to real money?
for example, if i have 10,000 play-money = x real money. do they have a rate?
if not, do they have any freerolls besides the daily eighty that i can earn real money with?

I've been playing at Poker Stars for a long while, and as far as I know, play monies cannot be converted into real. There are a number of Freerolls (Hubble's for example) available that are satellites to tournaments in which real money is awarded. Good luck.

lol...Playmoney is worth as much as monopoly money. You can win cash from some of the special tourneys, such as the battle of Canada and USA.
Good odds too. I played 7 card Stud, and the last 250 players got paid 5 bucks. Not bad for 800 entered.
Every few months there is something open for a freeroll cashout. Try the holdem tourney on this week under Tourney/Regional if you are from Canad or USA.

You can sell your playmoney on certain websites but for a very low price. For 5 million play chips you will get $11. Google them but if you try them it's at your own risk.
