Exactly; the idea is that if you're good enough you should be able to climb the ladder with your only investment being time

Your right Dave. If they say 25$ it should be 25$. I dont go over to zerorisk that often but when I do (cant for some reason now) I liked to play the 25$ Bodog cash/credit, and it did say 25$. When you advertise something it should be the way its advertised according to weights and measures.

Now..heres the thing..they knew that Bodog only accepted 20$ and they still know and yet they continued to do so offering 25$ credit for Bodog. To me thats just plain wrong especially since I am sure you arent the only one that emailed them to let them know it was fair and good buiness practice to award players this way. I have been having alot of trouble with their site lately. Maybe this is why? Im glad you recieved your other things though.

I know someone else that won a significant amount of things from ZeroRisk and will ask them if they recieved theirs and what they thought of the said 25$ Bodog creit and what they thought of recieving 20$ instead. Thanks for bringing this to our attention dave.

I get an account statement e mailed to me and has everything listed. They advertize $25 they should pay $25 or give reason for with holding 20%.

They got the be straight forward and by your post they are not.
Why is the site collecting at all?

At PurePlay which is a FreeRoll ONLY site they don't collect anything and you don't pay any taxes until you win over $600 in one year, then they make you fill out a tax form but YOU have to pay the taxes.
