I took some advice posted here, settle down in my game, look for the out, took some chances, won a freeroll and 50/10 cents sg to clear $12.50. I could have just said I played poker. In the SG I was not going to be happy with the second or third, the money did not matter, I think that attitude I played a little better. Not so tight where I lose my big blind, But cautious. If you're running scared its hard to win.

I enjoy playing the game of poker--I hate the bullies and their theory of get as much as you can as fast as you can.If everyone played this way the game would be over in no time,All in -All in-All-in ...they might as well play Bingo and hope there numbers comes out,but instead they "play"poker and hope their cards come out.The only strategy they have is to annoy people.

I hate freerolls! And thats the bottom line. I guess the only thing good about them is going all in without worrying about losing any money, but so many people call with rags and get lucky.

Well, if I had a job and could afford to fund my main poker otherwise, I would still play freerolls, not because I like them, I don't, I totally agree with you, but there are just some days when I want something to do but I am in completely the wrong mood for playing with my own money. On those days I get to play and it doesn't matter when it all goes wrong (not that I love being donked!). Had I played for real on those days I would probably still have lost and hated myself for playing when I shouldn't, so they are the lesser of two evils.

Freeroll stragidy to me is patience and when you hit raise big. don't bluff in first hour because I find you will be called and you will loose 95 percent of the time.I find it is good to be friendly at the tables don't make enamies they will try and knock you out the first chance they have.
