True in theory there nightmoves. But understand the management can not be every where so we have to be their eyes and ears.
The squeeky wheel gets oiled first, so you got be the squeeky wheel just like me. Yes you lose some of your time, but isn't it worth it in the long run. The cheaters are cheating on you also so help every one do their part in the battle toward fairness.
