I don't think so, US law hasn't changed, and anyone coming back in to the market usually has an announcement to try and get players back.

US law hasn't changed but the UIGEA has done nothing and the DOJ is too scared to test it

That's because it's completely unconstitutional, violation of equal protection, and we have a supreme court that LOVES equal protection arguments.

I wish they would test it against a site so that we could get the law overturned.
