Zom asked me to join the THF game on Fair today, but I don't have any money in that site at the moment, so he was going to transfer the money to me. He went to transfer, and it told him that he didn't have the privilege to do it. Then we both contacted support and got the runaround. Said we had to send an e-mail, but there wasn't anyone there to do the approval (guess because it's a Sunday).
Zom got a phone number and called them...he got the runaround, too. The person told him that you have to be a member for a month and maintain a minimum of $50 to have that privilege.
Do we have a Fair rep who monitors this forum? Can anyone speak to this? I feel gipped! | | |

Kaart and myself treid a transfer at Fair Poker and had the same problem. Seems strange.

well ive just had a deposit via neteller declined
Something which has never happened to me before. My neteller account has been debited by £27.02 but the status was declined instead of accepted. The support guy is apparently looking into it though he doesnt seem to have a clue | | |

I'm not real impressed with Fair Poker as my first impression.
Of course, since I played a total of one hand, and played it like a complete idiot, I'm not feeling to happy right now anyways.
Are we going to have any other events on Fair Poker? Otherwise, I'm going to withdraw.

well to be honest zom, ive been talking to support the last 25 minutes and they are terrible. My deposit was declined but the cash still came out my account. They didnt have a clue. Seriously, the guy in support had the iq of a banana.
He kept saying ' yeah but you made 3 deposits' - i kept saying that no, ive only made one deposit today. Eventually i asked when i made these supposed deposits - he told me one of them was in february
when i asked how this was relevant to my query he said 'i dont know'
im not gonna rule out having games there again however im certainly not gonna actively pursue it | | |

Fonz, don't you have some "in" with these companies that we are working with? If not, we need to bail out of the Fair Pokers and spend more time with the Cakes out there. At least Doug is trying to work with us and do right for us. | | |

i totally agree
but we worked out a deal to get $150 added to the pot.....i still dont like refusing these kind of offers
as i said, i do agree with you. I would rather we worked with 2-3 companies who give us great support instead of several who dont give a damn
doug has fixed every problem we've had at cake and is doing everything he can to make us happy there. Long may it continue - i like the fact that whenever we go to the tables we always see 1 or 2 friendly faces | | |

I am totally on board Fonz. I don't think you turn down the offers either. I sure like having $150 added to a 10 person tourney (no matter how idiotic I play).
But if they don't want to serve their customer.....well, there are plenty of other sites out there that will.
Thanks for all the freerolls/tourneys THF is doing.

i got an email from their accounts manager today
apparently i didnt have enough in my neteller account. Something which i wasnt sure was right or not but i spoke to neteller and they confirmed it
what confused me is that neteller still shows the cash amount as a debit if you try and withdraw and you dont have the cash. So in your account it actually looks like the money has came out of your account
