Dream Poker drops a bomb on THF

Hi Fonz,

I really understand that none of this is directed at me, I do however take
the lack of things from my side personally because after all, I have been
looking after your members from the start.

But I will say this, it really does surprise me as to how many members
there are, that are unhappy about certain things and choose to remain
quiet until something on a large scale happens.

Let's be honest, this does shock me a little bit, especially when I visit
the forum daily and there has been nothing but most good feedback
about DreamPoker and the fact that I do with pleasure take care of
TexasHoldemForum's members.

I do enjoy posting and helping out because I find that by replying or
resonding to one player, I am able to help many more.

I believe in freedom of speech and expression irrespective of what form
it may come in and I do read each and every single post made on this forum
because it is after all with your feedback that we can make improvements.

I do have but just one favor to ask the members of THF, and that is
to please allow me the opportunity assist you first before hammering
on DreamPoker for anything that has not be done for you, it is after
all the reason that I a member of the forum.

When you're unhappy, I'm unhappy.

I can guarentee you that I will publicly apologise for any drop in our service
levels to the members of THF and do everything in my power to make it right.

I have been with you all the way thus far and I hope to here for much longer.
