Agree. Not a good way to treat your customers.....especially when you have such an idiotic interface. What a difficult site to figure out.

I have to admit, I was getting a little used to it, and I also enjoyed the Saturday freeroll and sunday $40 added game (when I could make them).

I am withdrawing most of my bankroll out of there though....between:

1. What they are doing to Fonz/THF/us;

2. Them screwing up a withdrawal request a few weeks ago (the withdrawal never happened...they did put my money back, but I was getting a little worried); and

3. Screwing up a bonus they offered me (which was eventually paid, but it took 4 e-mails and getting Conrad involved)...

...my confidence in Dream Poker is not very high.

Too bad, they have alot of freerolls, low-limit tourneys, and I was winning consistently on my limit holdem game!!!!

Let us know how it hashes out, Fonz.

TZB

PS: They still show a THF freeroll scheduled for this Saturday, July 22

I'm not sure how I feel about this so I'm not going to comment on it right now... but reguarding the freerolls, I wanted to enter them but I could never find where the password was. When I looked in the DreamPoker freeroll forum, there were no threads in there. I did enter the $3+0.30 tourney though. Is DreamPoker still going to be hosting that one?

Zombills mentioned above that the game is still listed however they last told me the games have been cancelled so i have to assume we will be having no more games there

to find any password on THF
* click on the Current THF Games Schedule link at the top of every page
* Find the applicable game and click on it
* You will be taken to the forum room for those freerolls - scroll down til you see the thread for the game you want to play

Its still there now, too, so I guess you'd better have a password ready, FONZ!!!

Dream poker canceled my access about a month ago for some unknown reason. NOt for the whole network , just Dream. Which is wierd. Weirder still is my email has still gotten no response. So I stopped trying. I dont like 5k person freerolls anyway.

when i went to cashout on the 18th i had $54.63 in my account. i requested a $50 cashout and i noticed the next day they put $10 of the $50 back into my account. i figured it was the sign up bonus they gave me. today i check my neteller account they only gave me $20 of the remaining $40. so i called them and i was told that since my initial deposit was $20, they can only disperse my money in incriments of $20. so my remaining $20 which is floating in limbo somewhere should be credited to my neteller account within the next 24 hours. what total bullshit. at least i got my original $20 investment back. gregg in your post you cashed all your money out, you haning problems also? or anyone else.

I sent a note directly to ConradH, who has been helpful before. Haven't heard from him yet, but its only been one day (and Dream doesn't seem to work on weekends---except the part where they take your deposits )

We'll see.

Hi Guys,

I have been talking to Fonz about this and he made some valid points about
us pulling the tournaments.

I would really like to apologize on behalf of DreamPoker for this move,
this was a last minute decision that was made and I didn't have the time
to let you guys know about it before it did.

This was something that we as a fledgling poker room never had to deal
with before and I do agree that it could have been deait with in a more
diligent manner but we were all victims of circumstance in this regard and I
did send Fonz a mail the moment that it did happen.

Believe me when I tell you guys, this is one of my favorite forums to work
on and with and we really would like host events for you in future. We have
change the way in which we allocate tournaments as to prevent something
like happening in future.

I hope to hear from you soon.

ConradH
