Hi CK15c,
Sonny is right, you should only be using a promo code if you have been
given one to sign uo with by the site that you are a member of like THF,
normally this would apply if you aren't directed to our site by one their banners, then a promo code would be used to link you to your host
community.
The refferal alias is used for our "refer a friend" promotion and is used
if you have been referred to us by another DreamPoker member who has
signed up through our refer a friend program.
So by leaving those blank wouldn't affect your regstration in any way.
