Default Cashing Out

I usually like Dream Poker, but last week it took 5 days for them to cash out my $100. They don't process cashouts on the weekends. I think that is way too slow compared to other sites who can cashout within half a day to a Neteller account.

I think that they also need a phone number so that we can contact them directly.

Lastly, email queries take about half a day for a response. Dream Poker, you have a lot of room for improvement in customer service !!

Oh yeah, thanks THF for starting a Dream Poker Sub-forum. AA's to you !!

Thank you THF for starting this sub forum.

I would have to agree with you, that the delay over the weekends can
seem very long at times but I would like to assure you that this is
unfortunately something that is beyond our control. With the banks
not being open over a weekend there is no possible way for us to get
your funds to you except for the next available business day, we are
limited by banking regulations in this instance.

We really do appreciate any comments from any one that is part of
DreamPoker your thoughts, comments and feelings are taken very seriously
there is no possible way for us to process your cashin during this period.

We are looking at ways to overcome this obstacle by bringing our finanacial
processing inhouse but I would like to take this opportunity to reafrim the
fact that we do endevour in getting our player's money to them as quickly
as possible.

Our customer support centre strives to respond to all mails within 12 hours,
we have found this to be global customer service for this type of communiction,
we do have toll free numbers and live chat for players who
would like an immediate response in relation to any queires.

Our toll free is 1-877-220-2181 please contact us at any time.

Thank you for the post, Iceman

Warm Regards,

ConradH

Thumbs down Dream Poker promotions not being handled in a timely manner (or at all????)

Iceberg,

Interesting. I too have concerns with Dream poker's customer service.

I was sent an promotional e-mail on June 2 by Dream Poker offering $50 immediate bonus if I'd deposit $50. All I had to do was send support an e-mail citing a code (after making the deposit).

I made the deposit at 1:00 AM on Saturday, and got an e-mail response from support 11 minutes later that they were "looking into my query...".

31 minutes later I got the confirmation of my $50 deposit (note this is on a weekend), but 6 days later I still do not have my $50 immediate bonus.

Conrad, I really appreciate it when a site rep responds on a Forum!!

I joined DP a couple of months ago with their Free $10 No Deposit, which I lost. BUT I enjoyed playing on the site. Later I got an offer for a $40 Bonus for a deposit of $100. 400 RHs were required, which I cleared and I won a few bucks. So my initial play at Dream Poker was very positive.
Just wanted to say thanks.

Hi Zombills,

I just wanted to make sure that you got my PM, and to confirm that
is everything has been sorted out. I did credit the additional $50 to
your poker account as per the Buy $50 - Get $50 promo.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Warm Regards,

ConradH

Hi Guys,

Just a quick note, to let you know that our new and improved DreamSystem
site is up and running. Pop around and take a look, this is just a taste of many
things to come.

FYI to THFers.....

Problem solved with Dream Poker. They paid my bonus, and all is well. Seemed to take awhile, but mistakes happen, so no harm no foul.

Hey Conrad....I can but only second what homes as said.....I have been a member on dream for sometime now and I have never had any issues with it at all not even my $10 bonus what I received way back then......!!!

To me it shows how proud of your product that you are, seeing as you have no issue communicating with your customers on a public forum....I wish that other site representative's took a leaf from your book and were prepared to talk openly about the pro's and con's of there respective room in a public forum....after all without us there is no them.

A product is only as good as the person selling it.......and Dream has just shot up in my admiration.....lmao

IMO of course (Xtra )
