Got an error whilst downloading CD Poker - Post the details here

i think one or two members have had difficulty downloading cdpoker.

Could everyone who has a problem post the details here - whats wrong, what you tried to fix it etc

Elliott is emailing support right now so if we can gather as much info on this, it will help everyone resolve the issue more quickly. Plus it means i can contact cd poker on your behalf with details of whats wrong

also - if you get the problem resolved, let us know how you fixed it

Ok my problem is that when is Updating the files I get an error that says that a cmmon file is missing. The same thing happened when I tried downloading Noble Poker. Anyways I tried to delete all the files of CD and Noble off my computer to try again I can't I talk to support about this but what they told me didn't work.

I make it to the site... my computer is showing thaqt I am uploading garphics that are never displayed leaving vacant voids where I assume the pictures are ment... A pop-up display asking me if I wish to have the site downloaded shows. The YES button doesn't work. Each time I attemt it shows me in the corner of my screen that there is an "error on page". I hit the cancel key and go to the download section. both download keys when I attemt to download show the same page error message?

I double checked computer security to allow the download. both left and right key opening was unsuccessful.

I can't get either Noble or Cd poker to run on my computer at home. It is an XP.

The XP and 98 I have at the shop work fine though.

The odd thing is I have had to get support to send me the setup.exe file because when I click on the download link all i get is click. Nothing ever downloads. I am speaking of the XP computer I have at home only. The others download fine.

I may be forced to a full restore on this computer. That would suck. I have like a ton of stuff I would have to back up.

Sigh.

when I get to CD Poker site when i click the dowload button nothing happens its as if the link is not there for me (i'm of on friday night and could make both 500 added games) looks like I wont be there

ok

im looking for someone who is having problems with installing cdpoker to help with this.

What i need them to do is email elliott@cdpoker.com with a contact telephone number - Elliott will arrange a tech guy to call you up and go through step by step to see what is wrong (particularly someone who isnt getting all the files)

Hopefully we can get this call arranged today so that everyone can get it installed for tomorrows big games

There are some real problems there Fonz...I have made about 6 or 7 phone calls and they have been sending me different passwords and none of them work....So I uninstalled the software and tried to re-install the software.

Now when you go on their site and hit download you are re-directed to different sites each time Carnival Casino, New York Casino, USA Casino and when you click download it downloads their software...these sites have nothing to do with CD Poker and CD Poker is getting the same thing when they go on line and try to download...they are looking into it...but it will be too late for me to get in....Good Luck everyone!
