Default Just tried out a freeroll

Just wanted to let everyone know that I just tried out one of the $250 Bankroll Freeroll Satellite games at Cake.

You have to finish in the top 7 to advance to freeroll on Saturday.

I've done well enough in the rolls on that site, site is a bit crazy. Haven't tried those games, are they based on restricted cash?

I liked the site.

It would be nice if there was an option to change the background picture around the table to just black or something, but overall it's not too hard on the eyes. The button used for betting are a little close to the raise bar. I like the 1/2 pot and pot bet buttons.

The players in this game were reckless. They are mostly freerollers. There was a lot of bad plays being made throughout the game and I had to be patient and play smart.

I would recommend they site and would like to see more players in the ring games.

I didn't check. I just signed up for this game to try out the site. It was the first thing that was starting after I signed up.

Hi NBK,

Thanks for the comments. I'm looking now at the interface again:
just-tried-out-freeroll-betting.jpg

The raise bar is a bit close to the Fold To Any Bet button, as someone else had brought up here. I'm out of real estate to move it, BUT, what I've asked for is a "Are you sure you want to Fold?" prompt IF you click this during your turn (the only time the Raise Bar is visible).

You'll get the options YES / NO / YES AND DON'T ASK AGAIN.

A black background option is in the works for those who don't like the set-up. =)

Doug

Oooww, now I get it: "the only time the Raise Bar is visible". That sounds like a good idea. Or maybe shorten the raise bar and put the 3 little buttons more to the left.
