Default Need tips on playing cash at Bugsy's

I am about to deposit at Bugsy's. Any info on the site that I can't get from the website or support would be appreciated.

Um...Bugsy's Club eh? I played there for a little while , and Honestly I thought the play was extremely easy , and the 2 day tournaments are fun, but sadly there arent that many players but the players that are there are loyal. Its a neat little site with dif leagues and lots of micro tourneys and ring games , nice place to hone your skills if you are a new player!

Thanks very much killa. What's your name on Bugsy's? I hope to see you there.

Hi, killa. My first cash tourney on Bugsy's was very satisfying even though I got nuked in the first hour. The player quality was generally high--most were better than me--and there were plenty of nasty bluffs, reraises, tough folds, etc. etc. etc. I only got donked once (as described in the strategy forum under playing aces). I love the 10,000 starting chips with 25/50 starting blinds and 10-minute intervals! Even if you don't place you really get value for money from the sheer length of the tournaments.

I Quit playing there like 6months ago lol....but the huge stax u get to mess around with in the tourneys were fun , but overall I thought that there were just too many sites that had the same and more to offer than bugsys , so thats why I mainly play at stars and poker.com , you should check them out also , great sites!

I lost so much money on PS that I refuse to go back there. Poker.com, I haven't tried, but I can only afford one pay site for now, so I'm sticking with Bugsy's.

So far I'm sewering out in the tourneys but doing decently in the automatic leagues. I'm in the multitable tourney leagues, the sit n go leagues and even the "Silver League" for ring play. My best hope for winning cash is the multitable tourney leagues because that's what I play most, and I usually finish in the top 30%, which builds up the points nice and fast.

I just started playing there on Christmas. As a matter of fact it was my first time playing holdem PERIOD! Didn't wint anything. But the day after won my 1st game on a freeroll. Have been winning almost all freerolls but can't seem to win the real money games. Playing only sit n go'es. So far I love the site!! I have an iMac so I can't play the major site. Don't have sufficient memory (256MB) for Full Tilt or I'd be there but I really do love this site. I'll continue playing. HOpefully I'll see some of you guys there. Don't laugh at my play as I'm obviously a beginner.
