Starting over

Posted 07-07-2008 at 05:32 PM by rw11687
When I quit playing a few months ago, I took all of my money out. I knew if it was in there I'd be tempted to play and would lose it due to the loss of thrill I had. Plus, the $2000 or so I withdrew was highly needed.

Well, I logged back in yesterday and was trying to get some money in my account when I noticed I had received an $8.80 transfer from Sonny. I haven't heard from him in months and I'm guessing it was repayment for a stake I gave him a while back, which was unnecessary because I fully understood that the only repayment I was going to receive was my portion of what he won. However, it was nice to see that in my account.

Well, I won some and lost some 6 man SNG's and am at $7.10. Hopefully I can build from that and gradually move towards my past holdings. If not though, I probably won't deposit again, maybe dabble in a few freerolls on THF to try and get some cash to build on.

Anyways, wish me luck, I'm gonna need it to build from $7. But if I do it, Ill be a happy man.

Did much the same thing, and went from $0 to $77 right now. Had it up to around $125 when I tried some crazy shit. Slowing back down, and grinding again. If I can do it, I know you can. Good skill, not good luck.
