That week off was good for me. I played small stakes and never got concerened with the money. I was finally able to get money onto PS today and played some 1/2.
I had a great day profiting $300. I played well and had one very big hand:
was dealt 77 in middle position. Flop came T38, 2 diamonds. We checked around and the turn was another 8. I bet in late position and got a caller. The river brought me gin, the 7! I bet out $42, about 3/4 the pot, and got re raised. I moved Allin and he called.
I was quite happy with my play and feel like I can really make some money on stars. I have to just play a bit tighter. They are much looser and worse players than the 1/2 at bugsys. Hope it works out.
Todays profit put me back to $1000 profit on the month. With a week off and a tough streak, If I can walk out with $2000 profit I'd be quite happy.
