Lets see..since I last posted I think I have played a few 3/45 sng's a few 3$ and5$ mtt's and a 20$ mtt. My game is fine people are just getting better cards than me. I did come in 2nd in a MTT on Ultimate Bet today and won around 37$.

Im taking my cash and will play live poker at Peppermill this weekend (if there is no snow), cant drive though snow on a 8kfoot mountain. I believe its a 100$ buyin this weekend. If not I will play the normal 30$ buyin one.

Its been a few days since I have played online poker so last night I played in a couple of games. I must be going through somewhat of a period of change here. Only good thing about last nights play was I hit quad 2's. I noticed that hands I play werent hitting and hands I didnt play were hitting. Im sure this happens to everyone. I am not going to change my game to suit this though. I like my game, I even like the way I play. So I will continue to play smart and be patient. I also have alot of fun...

Just a short entry to state my recent change in strategy in regards to steadying my bankroll and building confidence in my own ability. After taking some rather sick beats, playing very badly, and not trusting my reads, i've managed to lose a total of about $400 in cash games over the last 3-4 days...

I'm very susceptile to tilt, and when things are going bad, they get worse. When things are going good however, and im feeling confident, i can go on some amazing streaks.

Over the last few weeks i have steadily been building my bankroll, mainly in 0.10/0.20 NL games, where i've been regularly leaving with 3 or 4x my buy in. Decided to multi-table a few 0.25/0.50c NL tables last night, which was going well until this hand:

Wow! What a night of highs and lows i had last night!

I joined a local poker club/card room that strictly hosts poker tournaments last night. I've never played live before in a serious tournamnet format, only round friend's houses, and this was with pieces of paper not real chips!

It was a £10 rebuy tournament with a double chip add on at the end of the rebuy period for an extra tenner. There were 2 45 minute levels during the rebuy period, then 20 minute levels til...
