There actually is a tough question here. And ironicly it is the same question, "who will win the hand?"
If this is no limit hold em, who wins this hand? If its played to the river, player two will win, but will they get to the river.
Most players slow play a monster like flopping a straight, so player one might give player two a free card after the flop. On the turn, there are 3 diamonds on the board and a four to a straight, so player one might be afraid of the diamonds and straight, and give player two another card. Here comes the river and player two is going to win the hand, unless he folds fearing a flush which i doubt he will.
Now if player one doesnt slow play, he can win, but the only possible way i can see player one coming out on top in this hand is a heavy bet on the turn. It may be dangerous, but at least he knows where he stands if his opponent calls or even raises him. People slowplay when they get a monster, especially after a dry run of cards, so a flop bet even though would probobly win him the hand, does not look like an out.
This is why slow playing can be dangerous, especially if there are two suited cards on the flop. Even though they may not have the flush, you will fear it if the 3rd card comes out and may give them a free card to beat you.
