Thanks. And tvaal i was playing in both 6 max and full ring games. Also one thing i adjusted is im not playing anymore SnGs or tournies until i hit a certain bankroll.

I took your advice too tvaal, I entered a 9 player $5.00 limit hold'em sit and go and ended up finishing second. Thanks for the excellent advice.
