Who wins?

Could anyone shed some light on this matter and confirm for me that both hands are a split pot??? or is there a designated winner on each hand?

Ist hand,

Player 1: Kh, Js

Player 2: Qh, 5d

Community Cards: 2h, 5h, Jd, 10h, Ah


2nd hand,

Player 1: 10h, 5s

Player 2: Js, Qs

Community Cards: 2h, 6h, 7h, 9h, Ah

Here are explanations for both hands

Hand 1: player 1 has flush AKT52 high
player2 has flush AQT52 high
player 1 wins with higher second flush card

Hand 2: player 1 has flush AT976 high
player 2 has flush A9762 high
player 1 wins with higher second flush card


in situations where both players have a flush, the winner of the hand is decided by which hand has the highest flush card, if that card is the same, it is decided by whoever has the second highest flush card, or the third, and so on....

the only situation in which a flush would be split between 2 players is when there are five cards of one suit on the board, and neither player has a card of that suit in their hand that is higher than the lowest card on the board.
