I think it all comes down to the x factor in this hand, x factor being the lag equity of your opponent. Not too mention you have ballooned the pot up bigtime with all your calls on the flop and turn, which only adds fuel to the fire for the showdown at the river. This guy made quite a move 3 barreling you and sometimes maybe just a tip of the cap and nh sir is best, on the other hand when the x factor and your sticky fingers are combined this may well have been a call. I'm feeling maybe 62.3/37.7 call/fold here.
Are you making 3 calls in a cash game though? I just assumed Ger4 was playing cash and I'd rather not be involved in a big pot in that hand.

Hate to be in that spot calling off huge bets with just the hope of holding on at best, might normally look for a better spot later in the game. But if i'm on tilt which is a good possiblity at any given time then I'd autocall the spewtard.
