not so long ago i was playing stud at the local casino. i was short on chips and was going to reload after the hand i was in. i got dealt KK in the hole with a A showing. i bet the limit and the player to my right is the only one who stays. they raise to put me all in. i called flipped my cards face up and the dealer kept dealing cards. the player i was against did not flip their cards over. by the end i have a full boat kings over aces and i sit back down. the dealer saw my hand and scooped up my cards and asked for the other players cards. the player who didnt flip cards over says i folded when i flipped cards over. there was some heated words said around the table. the dealer called the floor. once all sides were told and the dealer told the floor i got the pot and the player was escorted out of the casino because of their words to the dealer and the floor person.
i ended up coming out way ahead that nite because that hand turned it around. moral of the story ' protect your hand!!!'
