Question arg NL sit & go & NL freerolls's messing up my limit ringed game

I usually play limit ringed games for the bonuses, but have been playing and loving NL sit&go's , and playing NL freerolls
Last night i went back to a 2000 raked hand bonus i need to complete, and there were a a lot of loose maniacs, well stupid me lost more money than i should have because of besides a bad run of cards i was liking my pocket pairs more than i should have i think due to NL sit & go's

Do you guys have trouble switching between holdem variations or just stick to the type u like?

I make notes after having a losing session by replaying my losing hands and writting down a list of mistakes to hopefully learn from them

My biggest switching problems are HU and rebuys to sits and MTTS,but have gotten much better at it.
Each peson will have their own way to adapt and I think in the end run it may make us better players.

HU=Heads up.Thats my biggest switching problem as the game turns more to keeping the other player off balance.

THF Player of the Year
Like xtra, I have problems switching from HU to SnG's. The pro's play at least 5 different poker games (Omaha/Stud/HE/72/Razz/Etc.) and play them at a very high level. And I can't even play 2 forms of NLHE. But to improve we have to keep playing them and hopefully one day we have no problems adjusting to another game of HE.
