Plethora of knowledge

While cruising the site yesterday I realized there are a lot of features and little troves of knowledge that many members have probably never seen.
I was on a mission to try to find out how to earn THF credits to be used in the current league, and upcoming tournaments. Still haven't found that info but have stumbled upon some other stuff.

I may remember the facts only partly, but originally credits were gained when you made posts. Long posts earned more credits. There was also a multiplier on credit scoring. If you had referred other members to the THF you gained extra credits. I'd referred a bunch of people here so each time I made a post my credit score zoomed.

There was no apparent reason for introducing the credits. It was just an idea in the making. We did use them for buyins sometimes, which seemed a good way of encouraging new members to jump in and make a few posts.

One day THF Credits are going to be worth a lot of money. Better start saving them now!

Those links are good things to know. I was just saying to slick this morning that while I enjoy reading the threads and getting to know the fine members of this forum better, I wanted to see a bit more stuff that helps me improve my skills as a player and the info. you've shown Savage seem exactly the thing that I was looking for. I'll have to make time to check them out in detail. I will also be getting slick to show me how to post my hand histories so I can get input on how to play better. Thanks...

Pardon? Are people so lacking in curiosity that they don't try out all the the links on the left? I would have thought the odds and starting hand tables were essential reading amongst much else.
