Early on in a game, I will show some of my premium hands. I do this because it sets up the image that I play very good cards. In an MTT, it usually winds up being once, maybe twice, per table. Later on, when you need to steal those blinds to stay alive, that image helps. Now this works with the way I play my game because it doesn't give away as much information as most people would like to think, but might not with different strategies.
I will never show a bluff... ever. Some people might just to show off, others might show the bluff and then tighten up in order to get people into pots they shouldn't be in in the first place. I don't like this strategy online just because donks like to suck out on you enough as it is, so I don't want them in the pot "just to keep me honest". If you never give them a chance to suck out, you're winning already.
