Why am I not credited with any tournament wins. I have been requesting tournament hand histories from Poker Stars, copying them in my tracker folder and hand importing them...I get all the information along with hands and wins/losses on the hands, but it shows all losses for the tournaments and all finishes are 0...do I also have to download tournament history as well as hand history in the tournament?

Open PT and Poker Stars (Stars must be open when trying to get tournament summaries)

Click File

Tournament Results. Manual Entry select site (

Select Poker Stars

On right side click AUTO REQUEST TOURNAMENT SUMMARIES

They will come to you in an email

In about 1/2 hour then do the following

Click File

Import Hand Histories/Tournament Summaries

Check email

This should fix the problem

You also can do this

In Stars click REQUESTS

Click TOURNAMENT HISTORY

Then you can request the last 200 tourney histories I believe or request a specific history
