Does this mean my hand will lose more times to an all-in pre-pflop to KK pre-flop more timse in the first 45 minutes, than in the middle stages? Waiting 45 minutes not to go all-in, is referring to stealing, re-stealing the blinds, because the blinds are so low it dosen't make much sense to steal them.
