You really have to appriciate stupid people. 14 left and 12 get the $$$ (I wasn't in danger... had folded KK, QQ, QQ the past 10 hands). 3 stacks are just at or under 10,000 and the 2 that busted out each had well over 30K. One called all-in with TT against a big stacks 37s and the big stack flushed the flop... the other was checked to in the BB with T9 and was unfortunate enough to see a 994 flop when a big stack limped with 44. You may say it was understandable for him to stick around for all his chips but why bother? A 60K stack doesn't win you any more than a 30K stack does, blinds were at 2000/4000, three shortstacks and the shortest (8000) would have been in the 4000 BB the very next hand. Risking $215 when there is nothing to gain... gotta love the idiots.
BTW, I had an amazing run of luck in this one. I accidentally had registered for a different MTT under my super-secret account and got one of those pop ups in my chat window saying "500 FPP to Sunday Million starts in 8 minutes" when we were 45 minutes or so into the MTT so I relogged as FinK, registered then went back and continued my tourny... busted out of that while the FPP tourny was on 1st break so I logged in and was happy to see I still had 925 chips left. Couple orbits of bad hands and I was down to right around 500 and was checked to in the BB with 82, checked the 842 flop and the 2 on the river and had two people flush the river to triple me up. 10 hands later after flopping 2 sets and flopping a flush I was up to 10K
