When you said you use some of your skills later in the tourney, that is the most true statement I have heard about freerolls. It seems that after an hour has gone by, the lunatics have been picked off by the better players playing solid hands and poker starts to be played more like it should be. I have found that even if I am down in chips (vs. the average stack) at the first break, I can fight back against the better players who can be bluffed and manipulated. I really enjoy the later stages of freerolls for this reason and it makes playing them for so long worth it in my opinon. Plus, who can resist free money
