I like how they made more everyday, and some for games other then hold em, but to play 6 hours through 2000 people to get $10 seems like a waste, especially with some of the other freerolls available.

I like to play in one a day - usually on Pokerstars. Although lately I've been playing with my real money. Just yesterday I had only $13.00 in my account. Tonight .... $147.00 Woo - Hoo ... I should probably stop at this point and go back to my daily freerolls.

Nice job summers. Remember pokerstars doesn't have cash freerolls like absolute does. The qualifing is a real drag.

I might play one of thsoe a day because 2000 people is just too much of a hassle. a good majority of em don't know how to play and go all in in hopes of doubling tripling or quadrupling up. I even ran into a guy that said "i don't really know how to play...so all i do is go all in and hope to get as much money as possible".

Sounds like just about anyone who is a pure freeroller and doesn't really take the game seriously. Or a Party Poker player

Those big field freerolls are just not for me.

Low payout schedule makes the crazies even crazyier.

And they drag on forever.

I just assume keep a look out for those small sites that have 500 players fields.

It takes less time to play. And if you are decent player you can at least use some of your skills later on in the tourney.

When you said you use some of your skills later in the tourney, that is the most true statement I have heard about freerolls. It seems that after an hour has gone by, the lunatics have been picked off by the better players playing solid hands and poker starts to be played more like it should be. I have found that even if I am down in chips (vs. the average stack) at the first break, I can fight back against the better players who can be bluffed and manipulated. I really enjoy the later stages of freerolls for this reason and it makes playing them for so long worth it in my opinon. Plus, who can resist free money

I love them freerolls 2 every hour! That is great. It is usually for the big freeroll 1,000 AP challenge, but other online poker rooms have bigger prizes without going to another tourney. Overall since freerolls are every 2 hours it is good practice.
