crazy freeroll error

Last night I enrolled in a unrestricted freeroll with several hundred other people. When I went back to check on it later, all entrants had been removed and it had been switched to a password restricted tourney (ie.. someone went "woops" lol)
What sucks is that AP software still thinks I'm registered for a freeroll so now I can't play it, nor can I join any other freerolls. I sent an email to tech support last night. Today I got a reply that had nothing to do with my problem and referred instead to changes in tourney structure that AP is making to enhance our tournament experiences. Rofl. Anyway, the tourney is playing now (I hope, I think it was #1225026 Drop Dead Flop League but not sure) so hopefully I will be 'fixed' once it is over.

So why even post this? Well, if you see a freeroll tourney that looks different from the usual freeroll tourneys, think twice about joining. Although not always the most timely, AP has always resolved issues I've run into in the past. I'll keep you posted how this turns out. Unless the system really screws up and I get 1st place, then mums the word lol. j/k

They have soooo many free rolls running , AP supported and private that im amazed they can even get one to run right...maybe we should have a private tourney there because obviously if you want to be "cool" then u have to go AP!!..

What I don't get about their freerolls is when you register for one a window comes up and says you are allowed to be in 3 but if I try to register for anotherone at the same time -I love em sorry- it says I have to wait 2 hours I think their announcments are a little behind what they are actually doing

After the restricted tourney ended, I was back in working order once again. As far as their messages, I love it when you are told not to register for more than 7 at a time. The sad thing (for me) is that they used to be the best freeroll spot around. Once they started adding all the private tourneys, freerolls and even play money got cut back. Play money nl holdem is now like most sites' all in lotto frenzy styles. If you screw up and miss the start of your freeroll, yay, just wait 3 hours till the next one...... Oh yeah, you don't even have to screw up. Since some recent update ago, sometimes my table window never opens when my freeroll tourney starts. I'm doing some internet crap to pass the hours before the tourney starts and the Window of Doom pops up..
