play money tables nerfed

The highest stakes play money no-limit holdem ring games have been removed. Now the most you can sit down with is 20k as opposed to 200k. I'm guessing this would be because so many people were winning into the "10 million play chips" club. I don't know for sure if it makes that much difference though. You can start out so far over the blinds that a patient person can just wait for a top 3 hand and then go all-in with 1 or 2 callers almost assured.
The thing that I thought was strange was that I saw a few people dumping play chips at tables...?! I have no idea why.

Ive never played play money on AP but assuming they have a way to transfer between players I would have to guess they are loading up one anoher to bully the tables.
On one table a loads up b and vice versa on another table.
Or its play money so they just mess around with it,or like I do time to time just blowing off some steam
